Cancellation & Refund Policy

PROMOSHOT is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools and consumable credits for creating promotional images. Since our services are delivered electronically and involve real-time processing costs, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard.

• Cancellation stops future billing cycles.
• Once a billing cycle has started, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Refund Policy

PROMOSHOT does not offer refunds for the following:

• Used or partially used image credits
• Subscription fees after a billing cycle has begun
• Dissatisfaction with results after image generation

Each image generation consumes processing resources. Therefore, all used credits are non-refundable.

Failed or Incorrect Transactions

If a payment is successfully deducted but image credits are not added to the user’s account due to a technical issue, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, credits will be added or a refund may be issued at PROMOSHOT’s discretion.

Service Limitations

PROMOSHOT recommends users try the free plan before purchasing a paid subscription. Image quality depends on the clarity and quality of the uploaded clothing image. PROMOSHOT does not guarantee specific visual, marketing, or commercial outcomes.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
